These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the website and services provided by Richmond Language Academy (operated by Global Language Tutorial, referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, you (the "User") agree to these Terms.

3. Service Access and Management

3.1 Access to Services
Users can access our Services directly through our website without the need for account creation. Users must provide accurate information when booking or inquiring about services.

3.2 User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information provided and for all activities conducted using their information.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 Payment Methods
Fees for the Services can be paid via credit card through Stripe or PayPal. Other payment methods can be discussed by contacting us.

4.2 Fee Changes
We reserve the right to change the fees for the Services at any time. If there are any changes, we will post the updated information on our website.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow for free rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will incur a full charge.

5.2 Refunds
For single classes, refunds will be credited towards a future class if cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. For class packages, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been attended. No refunds are available after this period; however, remaining classes can be rescheduled.

6. Use of Services

6.1 Proper Use
Users must not engage in activities that violate laws or disrupt our Services.

6.2 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to our website and Services belong to us or our licensors. Users must not infringe on these intellectual property rights without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Services. The use of the Services is at the User's own risk.

利用規約

1. はじめに

これらの利用規約（以下「規約」）は、リッチモンド・ランゲージ・アカデミー（運営元：グローバル・ランゲージ・チュートリアル、以下「当社」）のウェブサイトおよびサービスの利用に関する条件を定めたものです。ウェブサイトを利用することで、あなた（以下「ユーザー」）は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

4. 支払いおよび料金

4.1 支払い方法
サービスの料金は、Stripe または PayPal を通じてクレジットカードで支払うことができます。その他の支払い方法については、当社にお問い合わせください。

4.2 料金の変更
当社は、サービスの料金を随時変更する権利を留保します。料金の変更がある場合は、ウェブサイトに掲載します。

5. キャンセルおよび返金ポリシー

5.1 キャンセル
クラスのキャンセルは、24時間前までに連絡をいただければ、予約の変更が無料で行えます。それ以降のキャンセルには全額の請求が適用されます。

5.2 返金
単発クラスの返金は、24時間前までにご連絡いただければ次回のクラスへのクレジットとして扱います。クラスパッケージの返金は、購入後7日以内であれば、クラスに出席していない場合のみ可能です。それ以降の払い戻しはできませんが、残りのクラスは再スケジュールできます。

6. サービスの利用

6.1 適切な利用
ユーザーは、法律に違反する行為や、当社のサービスを妨害する行為を行わないものとします。

6.2 知的財産権
当社のウェブサイトおよびサービスに関するすべての知的財産権は当社またはそのライセンサーに帰属します。ユーザーは、当社の書面による承諾なしに、知的財産権を侵害する行為を行ってはなりません。

7. 責任の制限
